Peter Kay returns to stand up comedy

Peter Kay has announced he will be returning to the stage and performing stand up comedy after a 12 year absence.

In 2017 Peter Kay suddenly cancelled his sold out tour for personal reasons and has been out of the public eye ever since. His last live tour was in 2010, again a sell out tour.

Peter Kay’s return was revealed during an ad break during ITV’s I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here.

He said “It’s good to get back to what I love doing best, stand-up comedy, and if there’s ever a time people need a laugh it’s now.and with the cost of living at an all-time high, ticket prices are starting from £35 – the same price they were on my previous tour in 2010.”

He will start the tour on Dec 2 at the Manchester AO Arena.

Tickets go on sale on Saturday 12 November.
