An incredible family evening out at the panto!

On Sunday the 4th of December we got invited to see this years Panto ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ at the Theatre Royal in Nottingham.

The cast this year is packed with talent and features the brilliant (and very rude at times!) Joe Pasquale as Muddles; Steps singer, television personality and West End star Faye Tozer as the Wicked Queen; Local David Robbins as the flamboyant Dame Mrs Nelly Nightnurse; West End performer Jamal Kane Crawford as the prince; Actor and musician Lucy Ireland as Snow White; and Natalia Brown as the Spirit of Pantomime.

As anyone who has visited the Theatre Royal before will know the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. From the moment you sit in your seat you are transported to another world, from the architecture to the lighting.

The show was hugely entertaining from start to finish (we were all in tears at the end as we were laughing so much… the ending is so so funny… I won’t spoil it for you!). Nelly the Dame and her son Muddles (Joe) are just hilarious with colourful costumes and laughs from start to finish. We went as a family and everyone loved the show (from ages 9 – 52!)… we even found ourselves on the receiving end of some water thrown by Muddles right in our direction!!

All the performances and the singing were fantastic, from Snow White and the Spirit of Pantomime to Prince William (of West Bridgford) and Faye Tozer.

Finally the Magnificent Seven made up of Simeon Dyer, Karen Anderson, Willie Coppen, Blake Lisle, Andrew Martin, Katarzyna Meczynska and Alireza Sarebani couldn’t have been more perfect. What a great evening!

It’s on Saturday 3 December 2022 – Sunday 8 January 2023, get your tickets NOW!!

… and watch out for that fying car!!!…. WOW!
